Pricing questions
Is pricing per seat?
Yes. Every plan is priced per seat, per month. A seat is one person with their own login who can open projects and record measurements.
Can I mix plans across my team?
A workspace runs on a single plan so permissions and features stay consistent. You can change plans as the team grows.
What happens when I add or remove seats?
Seats can be added at any time and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Removed seats take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is charged up front and works out to two months free compared to paying monthly.
